Deacons (Beijing) Intellectual Property Agency is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deacons. Since its launch in September 2013, Deacons (Beijing) has worked hard to serve our clients through effectively handling their IP-related matters in China and providing a range of value-added IP services. These include trade mark searches, applications, registrations, oppositions and declarations of invalidity, as well as copyright protection, customs-related IP protection and IP enforcement matters.
Deacons (Beijing) works closely with the Hong Kong-based Deacons team to offer complex IP consultation services, for example advice on IP commercialisation, trade mark registrations and brand protection for a range of products for leading brands, trade mark cases involving common names, support in administrative investigations, online IP complaints, and customs surveillance. Our IP team is committed to providing our clients with the most comprehensive IP services.
Deacons (Beijing) Intellectual Property Agency actively participates in many important international conferences to facilitate industry exchanges. We are a member of the China Trademark Association and The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
